Certus engineers provided the structural system design of a 15,958 square foot dining facility and four story, 94,200 square foot, 350 bed student residence hall to be constructed at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
Construction is underway on the east side of the Washburn campus for suite-style student rooms with shared common living space and dining hall. The plan is for students to move in August 2016.

CERTUS engineers provided analysis and design for four and six story Hampton Inn & Suites hotel adjacent to the Kansas Star Casino and Arena in Mulvane, Kansas.
The six story, 109,500 square foot structure was designed framed with steel and concrete. The four story, 72,000 square foot portion was designed with wood framed wings.

This sprawling three story, 65,000 square foot facility sits on 3 acres and will include a large community room, residential lounge and café, walking trail and gazebo. The housing area will offer 72 one bedroom units and 24 studio suites with 9' ceilings. Health care services will be on site. Construction is scheduled to complete in spring 2015.

Certus engineers provided structural design services for several Tractor Supply Company stores in the Midwest. The new store pictured opened this January, 2015 in Seminole, Texas.
Certus engineers provided the structural system design for the Mother Theresa of Calcutta Catholic Church located in Topeka, Kansas. The new structure incorporates a main sanctuary, social hall, adoration chapel, parish offices and religious education classroom.
Complete square footage of this two story church is approximately 40,000 sq feet. The facility is designed so that it may be converted into a future school, complete with gymnasium and cafeteria.

This 73,580 square feet hotel offers 108 deluxe rooms, including over 50 studios and two room suites with state of the art fitness center and indoor swimming pool.
